Mali is a director of ASCBENS & Associates Trademark East Africa. He is a long serving trademark and patent Attorney with a decade experience. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of Tanzania and Zanzibar and a registered Tax Consultant. He is also of several professional, industrial and legal societies in Tanzania, East and Central Africa. Mr. Mali is also an academician teaching IP subjects, corporate and business law at Kampala International University and Tumaini University both in Tanzania. He is an IP resident consultant of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries in Tanzania. Mali’s current activities include both intellectual property focusing on trademark registration and protection, drafting, prosecution and trademark related litigations, and regulatory compliances. Mali is a senior litigator at the Tanzania Commercial Court on matters of trademark protection.
